Most sessions last approximately one hour, sometimes a few minutes longer. Sessions usually last no more than an hour and thirty minutes unless scheduled in advance to extend.
How do I know which therapy to take from all the services provided?
If you have any questions after reading each of the services, don't worry. You can contact me via WhatsApp, or before starting the session, we can determine which therapy would be most appropriate for you.
What fields does coaching work in?
All those aspects related to the individual as a person: their social function, their emotions, their body, their mind, and their spirit.
